Andover MA is a sought after town for its good school systems and proximity to Boston, the 128 belt and its strong housing market. Many would say it is the most desirable town in the 93 corridor from Woburn to the NH border. The number of properties sold in Andover MA for the 1st quarter increased 50% from 38 (in 2011) to 57 (in 2012). This after it decreased -24% from 50 (in 2010) to 38 (in 2011). Before that there was a 56.25% change. These figures show no consistent pattern over the last few years.
