Burlington MA Single Family Home Sale Trends

The median price of homes sold in Burlington MA for the full year decreased -4.13% from $387,750 (in 2010) to $371,738 (in 2011). This after it increased 4.8% from $370,000 (in 2009) to $387,750 (in 2010). Prior to that there was a 0.68% change. The recent drop is different from the pattern over the last few years.
