The number of properties sold in Burlington MA for the 2nd quarter increased 24.39% from 41 (in 2011) to 51 (in 2012). This after it decreased -32.79% from 61 (in 2010) to 41 (in 2011). Prior to that was a 45.24% change. These figures show no consistent pattern over the last few years.
