North Reading MA November 2022 -YTD vs 2021

Key Data points that stick out:  Monthly and year over year # of closed sales is down by a significant # for both SF and Condo. With rates and inflation limited supply / lack of inventory is keeping the prices up.

Single Family Homes Sold is down Year over Year 23.4%, and Condos Down 25.9%  : This is because of a lack of inventory not a lack of demand. In my opinion if we had normal levels of inventory prices would c certainly go down due to less qualified buyers with rates 2-3% higher than same time last year. *
