Nashua NH Single Family Market Report – Full Year Number Of Properties Sold

Nashua NH is the 2nd largest NH city. It borders Massachusetts. In 1987 and 1997 it was voted the best place to live in America. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nashua,_New_Hampshire

The number of properties sold in Nashua NH for the full year decreased -1.8% from 445 (in 2010) to 437 (in 2011). This after it decreased -15.24% from 525 (in 2009) to 445 (in 2010). Before that there was a 8.02% change. These figures show no consistent pattern over the last few years.
