Our lenders partners also have the availability to waive funding fees if the Veteran is disabled more than 10% (please confirm w your lender) and many towns in Mass and NH offer discounts on real estate taxes for all Veterans, disabled or otherwise. These vary town to town.
This doesn’t not mean other condominium complexes can not be approved. If your association or desired association fits into a very basic criteria and our lender partners can get the complex VA approved in some cases in as little as 45-60 days.
